突然发现最近对自己太放纵了。。当人处在舒适期的时候，往往会忘了鞭策自己 ‘严以待己，宽以待人’ 今天听到智中老师的这句话的时候突然当头棒喝我太不努力了要回来。。集中精神才行！就快结束的这个月，绝对不可以放松。。想清楚自己的目的和目标。。好险。。。
